Shipping policy

At BlicksPaw, we're committed to getting your pet products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing 
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over 

International Shipping:

  • International Standard: 10-15 business days after processing - Rates vary by destination
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes (customer's responsibility)

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Select international destinations

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping
  • APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your BlicksPaw account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
  • Please contact us within 48 hours if your package shows delivered but you haven't received it
  • We'll work with the carrier to investigate

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at Tripswithki@gmail.com
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Wrong Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped
  • Address correction fees may apply if the carrier allows rerouting

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • High-volume periods (holidays)

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We'll contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs if you choose not to reship

International Customers

  • All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
  • Please check your country's import regulations before ordering

Perishable Items

For temperature-sensitive products (treats, food):

  • We ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays
  • Expedited shipping is recommended during summer months
  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to delivery delays

Order Modifications

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has shipped

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days
  • Carrier delays are more common
  • Order early to ensure timely delivery
  • Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
