30-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Shipping Timeframes
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
- International Shipping: 10-15 business days after processing
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using our prepaid label (or at your expense for international returns)
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food, treats, or supplements (for safety reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
