30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days after processing

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Tripswithki@gmail.com or call 832-361-5823 within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using our prepaid label (or at your expense for international returns)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements (for safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
